The police filed a criminal complaint against Nemanja Bulajić (26) from Nikšić on suspicion of having committed a criminal offense against the reputation of Montenegro.
As announced by the Police Administration, inappropriate and offensive content was published on the profile of a page on the social network, and the competent state prosecutor was notified, who qualified the criminal offense as a violation of the reputation of Montenegro.
"Police officers of the Nikšić Security Center, in cooperation with the officers of the Sector for the fight against organized crime and corruption, have identified the person NB (26) from Nikšić, who is the admin of the mentioned page. This person is charged with the criminal offense of harming the reputation of Montenegro, which, as is suspected, carried out in such a way that he published on the mentioned page a photo of the national flag of Montenegro on which the coat of arms was removed and another graphic representation of a derisive character was inserted," the Police Administration said in a statement.
