Forty-three-year-old Zoran Mrvaljević from Herceg Novi, who is operationally considered a member of the Škaljar clan, was handed over to Montenegrin authorities today.
He was taken to the Special State Prosecutor's Office around 14 pm under strong police security measures, where he was interrogated.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office labeled Mrvaljević as the head of a criminal organization, whose members are Milan Kankaraš, Slobodan Vico, Jovan Žmukić and Krsto Vujić, whose name is mentioned in the investigation into the murder of Šćepan Roganović, who was liquidated on March 14 in Herceg Novi. According to the evidence of the SDT, this criminal group planned to commit several serious crimes.
Let us remind you that Mrvaljević was arrested on July 17 on the basis of a warrant issued for him by NCB Interpol Podgorica, after which the court in Novi Sad ordered his extradition custody. During his arrest, documents in the name of Branko Perišić were found with him. This man from Novlja has been the target of attacks twice so far - he was wounded five years ago when he was shot at by three unknown persons, and he survived the shots in 2017.
