Budimir Gruijičić from Podgorica filed a report against the head of the Criminal Police Miloš Vučinić and the head of blood offenses of the Podgorica Security Center Srđan Korać, for, as he claims, the kidnapping and torture of his son Jovan.
Jovan Grujičić was accused of bomb attacks on the "Grand" bar and the house of former National Security Agency official Duško Golubović.
He, however, denied that he participated in those crimes, recounting in court how he was brutally tortured in the police station until a confession was forced from him.
Deception
His father claims in the application that the sequence of events, which resulted in his son's self-incriminating statement to the prosecutor Snežana Šišević, actually begins with a friendly call from Vučinić to the director of the Dobrota Special Hospital in Kotor, Petar Abramović...
Jovan Grujičić was placed in that health facility, and his father claims in his report to prosecutor Nikola Boričić that he was abducted from there by three people with phantoms...
In the Basic State Prosecutor's Office, a case was formed regarding the criminal complaint of BG. The State Prosecutor... undertakes all measures and actions in order to shed light on the decisive facts. The case is in the reconnaissance phase. In order to protect the interests of the intelligence agency, we cannot provide more information at this time," prosecutor Milica Mandić announced yesterday
This was happening as part of a police investigation into two bombings.
"According to my objective knowledge, the accused Vučinić Miloš, even before the abduction of my son from the Special Hospital... through friendship with director Abramović, influenced my son Jovan to be denied the necessary therapy on 25/5/2020 at 19:XNUMX p.m. hours"...
He claims that Jovan was first deceived that evening, by Vucinić, through Abramović and his subordinate medical workers, when he asked why he was not receiving the therapy he has been receiving since 2012...
"Also, he was deceived and without the necessary legal solutions, taken on May 26, 5, at 2020:5 a.m., by three masked persons with phantoms on their heads, which was admitted by the director of Dobrota Hospital during the search on September 45. in 24 with judge Nenad Vujanović. Also, when Jovan was abducted illegally by three masked persons, he was denied the necessary therapy, which represents a serious crime against him, that is, against his mind and body," Budimir Grijičić's report states.
Therapy
He said that it was easy to verify that on May 26, Vučinić tried to deceive him as well, telling him that Jovan was treated "mostly positively and in accordance with the law".
He claims that the policeman was surprised after he was asked if Jovan was given therapy: "After which, between 14 and 15 p.m. on May 25, 5, and for which there is an official note, he called Dr. Sandra Vlahović from Dobrota Hospital, which informs him in a telephone conversation which therapy to give Jovan".
Budimir Grujičić claims that Vučinić then sent his officers to the Clinical Center, where they received therapy "similar to the one Jovan received in Kotor"...
"After the officers brought the aforementioned therapy to Miloš Vučinić, he kept the therapy in his pocket or desk drawer and used it as a means of prolonged crime. Namely, after they tortured my son Jovan, Vučinić did not give this therapy, which he kept with him, nor did he allow the officials to give this therapy to Jovan, even though he had lost consciousness twice by then."
He states that Vučinić knowingly committed a whole-day crime against his son, because he only received therapy in the morning hours of May 27: "That is, after giving a false, self-incriminating statement against himself and several other persons... My son was blackmailed at the end and on this way, by denying him the necessary therapy," the application states.
They rode a man
Budimir Grujičić accuses Korac of signing a request asking the Special Hospital to allow him to question Jovan Grujičić as a citizen for six to eight hours, even though all the conditions existed for that work to be done in a health facility.
He assesses that Korać in the hospital in Kotor could not apply methods such as not giving therapy, hitting the kidneys, loins and feet with a baseball bat, electric shock torture on the genitals, eyelids, pulling on and hitting him with boxing gloves... and that is why he kidnapped him and took to Podgorica...
"At the end of this torture, police officer Leković Vukašin rode Jovan, at the same time making videos of that riding and telling Jovan that he would publish it on social networks, so that everyone could see what kind of maniac Jovan is," the report says.
Korac was the only one not masked?
I would also like to mention that Srđan Korać was the only one without a mask that day, 26 May 5, claims Budimir Grujičić in the report.
He says that he was told this by a friend who went to see what was happening with Jovan at the Podgorica Security Center:
"I also saw Jovan helpless, surrounded by three officers of the criminal police who had phantoms on their heads. Then two more masked officers with phantoms on their heads came out of one of the offices and entered the office where Jovan was, while Korać was the only one without a tax and that's when my friend identified him," claims Grujičić.
