Also, the named person is suspected of at the beginning of 2019 in Herceg Novi, deliberately incited the suspect KM to commit the criminal offense of murder to the detriment of ZN and on that occasion obtained a pistol of an unknown brand," the statement reads.

However, Kankaraš is not on the list of suspects, but will appear as a cooperating witness in this proceeding.

During the investigation, he fully confessed to the crime and described the way the criminal organization operates.

Mrvaljević, according to operational police data, is considered a person close to the Skaljar criminal clan, while Vujić, who is on the run, is suspected of having organized the murder of Šćepan Roganović.
