Against Đ.B. (20) from Nikšić was charged with poaching and illegal possession of weapons, the Police Administration announced today.
The press release states that the Nikšić police found out that there are people in the town of Slivlje who are engaged in poaching using illegal means - "headlights".
"The Nikšić police found a passenger motor vehicle on the local road Kličevo-Povija, in which were MM (19), Đ.B. (20) and MS (20). Upon inspection of the vehicle, a 12 mm "Zastava" hunting rifle was found , as well as two hunting bullets. Also, a shot wild animal, a rabbit, was noticed next to the vehicle," the statement reads.
The police administration said that the competent state prosecutor was informed of the incident, and after inspecting the case files, she ordered that Đ.B. file a criminal report on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of poaching, and the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
