Special prosecutor Veljko Rutović submitted to the High Court for confirmation the indictment accusing Krsto Vujić, Dino Ibrahimović, Miloš Komar, Igor Glavaš and Milo Bajramović, who is designated as the executor, of the murder of Šćepan Roganović from Novlja.
In that case, the prosecutors provided an accomplice witness - Miloš Đuričković, who admitted after his arrest that he helped the murderer after the crime on February 13 in Herceg Novi.
He said that he transported Bajramović from the scene of the crime on a motorcycle, and later set the two-wheeler on fire.
During the investigation, evidence was collected on the basis of which the SDT believes that Glavaš followed the victim and informed Bajramović about Roganović's movements by encrypted phone.
According to the SDT, in January 2020, he took over the "piaggo" motorcycle, which was stolen in Spain in 2018, and which was used in the murder of Roganović, from an unknown person in January XNUMX.
Allegedly, he drove it to Herceg Novi, where he handed it over to Vujić and Bajramović in the town of Zelenika.
After the execution, as the investigation shows, Bajramović fled towards Bokeška Brigade Street, where Vujić met him on a "Piaggio" motorcycle, after which they drove away in the direction of Sasovići, where, as is suspected, they set fire to the motorcycle and weapons.
Šćepan Roganović is the third victim in that family in the continuation of the confrontation between two Kotor criminal groups.
His father Niko Roganović was killed in July 2017 in Savina, and his uncle Vladimir Roganović was killed in December 2018 in Vienna.
Niko Roganović died three months after an explosive device was placed under the vehicle of his son Duško Roganović.
Duško Roganović was seriously injured in that explosion - after which doctors amputated both of his legs.
