The Podgorica police arrested RL (66) after searching his house and auxiliary buildings in the town of Vranj in Tuzi, found weapons, ammunition and hand grenades, the Police Directorate announced.
"During the search, a 7.62 mm semi-automatic rifle was found, 656 pieces of ammunition for this rifle, two hand grenades, 122 pieces of pistol ammunition of different types and calibers. Also, two hunting rifles were found and confiscated, as well as 216 cartridges for a hunting rifle." it is emphasized in the announcement of the Police Administration.
The statement adds that the state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office ordered that RL be arrested and that a criminal complaint be filed against him on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
