Inspectors of the Sector for the Fight against Organized Crime and Corruption questioned Petar Mujović from Nikšić, who two days ago armed himself with Jovan Vukotić from Kotor.

From the Special State Prosecutor's Office, however, they told Vijesti that they are not in charge of that investigation, but that it is a case of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office.

After the arrest of Mujović, the top of the Police Administration informed female journalists that the liquidation of the alleged leader of the Skaljar criminal clan had been prevented in Kotor.

Despite this, the police officially announced yesterday that the arrested person was charged "only" with illegal possession of a weapon.

Citing sources from the investigation, Television Vijesti announced that Mujović accepted to liquidate Kotoran for half a million euros.

They say that an encrypted phone was found with him, which contained the nicknames of the people who ordered Vukotić's murder through messages.

He did not announce the identity of those persons, TV Vijesti was told.

The brother of Radovan Mujović was arrested, and both are allegedly members of the Nikšić branch of the Kavačac criminal clan.

According to unofficial information from Vijesti, he allegedly admitted to the inspectors that he was armed and waiting to kill Vukotić, while in the prosecution he defended himself by remaining silent.

A few days before he stalked Vukotić to the police station on Wednesday, he allegedly stalked the friends of the man from Kotor, who used his cars, from Kotor to Čevo in the same car.

News has learned that exactly one of them - Dragoljub Ćetković, noticed on Wednesday that they were being followed by the same vehicle.

Allegedly, Mujović was driving that vehicle and was in close proximity to the car in which Vukotić was, when the police stopped him.

When Vukotić and the people who were with him in the car headed towards the Kotor police, after an hour of waiting to be served with a summons, Mujović did the same.

The interlocutors of Vijesti explain that Ćetković - the bodyguard of Kotoran, noticed that Mujović had a "Czech zbrojevka" and that the gun was ready for use - with a bullet in the barrel.

According to the same information, then he allegedly overpowered him, and then the inspectors ran up, who at first thought that the two were fighting.

Yesterday, the news announced that Vukotić found out what was happening in front of the building in the police premises.

There was a commotion, and then Ćetković came in and told him - I caught him, with a bullet in the barrel of the gun. Vukotić asked who, and the latter explained that this Mujović, whom he had disarmed in front of the police station, followed them the whole time, even while they were waiting for the summons for questioning.

Vukotić told "Vijesti" two nights ago that he will no longer leave his life in anyone's hands.

"I have left the house twice since I was released and both times the police want to arrest me, before that they search my cars, they keep me on the street like a clay pigeon. From now on, if anything happens to me, my family and friends will hold the police directly responsible," said the Kotor resident.

Vukotić was recently released from the Investigation Prison, in which he was charged with the attempted murder of Vojin Stupar and Miloš Radonjić. He was acquitted of those charges.

Petar Mujović was arrested for drug smuggling, and his brother Radovan was also arrested in the same operation.

The Special State Prosecutor's Office suspects Radovan Mujović of organizing a criminal group with Vasilije Rafailoviće from Budva who are behind the attempted murders of Marko Ljubiša Kan and Goran Slovinić.

Mujović and Rafailović, according to police information, are connected to the Kavačić criminal clan.

Slovinić has repeatedly claimed that he is not a person of security interest, nor a member of any criminal clan.

Khan is linked by the police to the Skaljar criminal clan.

The Police Administration officially announced that they arrested a person of security interest - Mujović, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.

He was charged with that criminal offense despite admitting that he came to liquidate Vukotić.

"Officers of the Kotor police yesterday around 15.10:07 p.m., near the official parking area of ​​the Kotor Security Department, spotted a person observing the facility and the parking area. This person was legitimized and examined by police officers, during which they found a pistol 'Czech zbromovka CZP – 14' in illegal possession with the striker in the rear position, ready for use. The gun has a polished factory number with a frame in which there were XNUMX rounds of ammunition, as well as one round of ammunition in the gun barrel itself.
