Criminal charges against Stanković, Katnić and eight special prosecutors

Due to suspicion of abuse of official duties and falsification of detailed urban plans, Civic Action has so far filed criminal charges against Acting Supreme State Prosecutor Ivica Stanković, Chief Special Prosecutor Milivoj Katnić and eight special prosecutors, Ana Bošković, Stojanka Radović, Veselin Vučković, Đurđina Nina Ivanović, Veljko Rutovića, Radmila Ćuković, Živka Savovića and Zorica Milanović.

The president of Citizen Action Božidar Vujičić said that they filed the first criminal complaint against the special prosecutor Ana Bošković.

"She rejected the criminal complaint of Citizen Action, against the former ministers of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism Branimir Gvozdenović, Pavle Radulović and Acting Minister and Prime Minister Duško Marković, for the reason that they published on the ministry's website as valid, expired Detailed Urban Plan Budva Center changes and amendments and the Detailed Urban Plan Bečići, the plans ceased to be valid in 2014. Prosecutor Ana Bošković rejected the application with the interpretation, the same as the interpretation of the competent ministry, that the "revived" plans had expired - extended. In this way, the prosecutor enabled the further falsification of the plans", said Vujičić.

He claims that the plaintiff enabled the falsification of the plans even though she was aware of the judgment of the Administrative Court and the decision of the Constitutional Court, in which decisions the courts took the position that the plans are valid only until the expiration of the period for which they were adopted and that they cannot be used after that period, " be revived, new plans must already be made."

"The criminal complaint against Ana Boškovič was rejected by prosecutor Stojanka Radović. Due to the refusal to prevent further falsification of the plans, by rejecting the complaint against Ana Bošković, Civic Action filed a criminal complaint against Stojanka Radović. The complaint against Stojanka Radović was rejected by the special prosecutor Veselin Vučković, Civic Action filed a complaint against Veselin Vučković due to suspicion of falsification of plans, and in turn, a complaint was filed against all other prosecutors, due to suspicion of falsification of planning documents. Falsification of public official documents is a criminal offense under Article 414 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro, which is punishable by a prison sentence of three months to five years," emphasized Vujičić.

He assessed that the Prosecutor's Office is the only institution in Montenegro that can prevent, as he claims, the further commission of a criminal offense. "The aforementioned prosecutors refused to stop the criminal offense of falsifying plans, that is, they supported the falsification of plans. Civic Action will continue its activities to prevent the falsification of plans, we hope that the new Minister of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism and the new Prime Minister of Montenegro will not allow it to happen in the future , about 330 local planning documents in Montenegro are being falsified, which are being falsified at this moment, with incalculable and irreparable consequences for Montenegro", concluded Vujičić.
