Jovan Grujičić from Podgorica was acquitted of the charge of throwing a bomb at the "Grand" bar and the house of former secret police agent Duško Golubović.
His lawyer Damir Lekić told "Vijesta" that.
This is the first-instance verdict of the Podgorica Basic Court.
He is accused of having committed the criminal offense of causing general danger in conjunction with the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive substances to the detriment of the UO 'Grand' family house owned by Golubović.
Grujičić previously denied that he participated in the aforementioned crimes, recounting in court how he was brutally tortured in the police station until a confession was forced from him.
