DK (47) from Cetinje was also arrested, for whom the Basic Court of Cetinje issued a local warrant for the crime of grievous bodily harm and the crime of abuse and torture. He was brought before the judge on duty in Cetinje.
"Members of the Cetinje police carried out increased control of persons of security interest and members of organized criminal groups in the territory of the municipality of Cetinje, since the beginning of November they controlled 94 persons of security interest from the area of Cetinje, Podgorica, Nikšić, Budva and other cities and on that occasion sanctioned two persons of security interest. "One special (blind) VW Passat vehicle was also temporarily confiscated according to the decision of the Basic Court of Cetinje," added the statement of the Police Administration.
