The executive director of "Nemesis" is suspected of showing false facts about earnings for 77 foreigners

Officials of the criminal police for the suppression of economic crime of the Podgorica Security Center filed a criminal complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica against the company doo "Nemesis" from Podgorica and the executive director and founder of NP (37) on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of abuse of position in business operations, announced is from the Police Directorate today.

"In the process of checking the business operations of Nemesis Ltd. in the period from 2015 to 2019, the police came to suspect that the executive director of NP, contrary to the legal regulations of Montenegro, presented false facts to the competent state authority, i.e. the Tax Administration, about the amount of the contracted salary for 77 employed foreigners, which damaged the budget of Montenegro in the amount of 113.363 euros," the statement of the Police Administration points out.
