The Special State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against a nine-member criminal group formed by Igor Terzić from Pljevlje, for smuggling marijuana from Montenegro to Serbia, street sale of cocaine, illegal possession of weapons, but also giving and receiving bribes.

Drug inspector Ivan Cvijović was also charged, whom Terzić accused of asking him for a bribe in exchange for information that the police have about people from the criminal milieu.

In addition to them, Nemanja Novaković, Dane Vraneš, Marko Milićević, Nemanja Odović, DS, M.Ć., and BB are also accused.

The defendants Terzić, Novaković and Vraneš are suspected of writing graffiti with threatening messages to the Muslim and Bosniak population in Pljevlja after the elections on August 30.

The criminal group was discovered in the "Toranj" police operation. The police then said that in the period from May 31, 2018 to July 31, 2019, evidence was collected against the group led by Terzić for smuggling large amounts of marijuana between Montenegro and Serbia, as well as street distribution of cocaine.

It was then announced that during 2018 in Serbia, a total of 33 kilograms of marijuana was seized on two occasions, and in those actions five Montenegrin citizens, members of this criminal group, were arrested.

Together with Goran Vukčević, Terzić was disarmed and arrested in Kotor, after which the police checked whether their arrest prevented the liquidation. The inspectors confiscated pistols, ammunition, encrypted phones, a large amount of money, and a motorcycle from which the chassis number was removed.
