Officials of the Sector for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption filed a criminal complaint with the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica against SK (19) from Nikšić, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of inciting national, racial and religious hatred.
"SK committed the criminal offense he is charged with, as is suspected, by posting offensive and threatening content on a social network to the detriment of a religious community," the statement said.
As they said, the police, taking measures and actions within their jurisdiction, in coordinated activities with the Higher State Prosecutor's Office, identified this person who posted the mentioned threatening announcement on his account and a criminal complaint was filed against him.
