The Nikšić police today invited Nebojša Kasalica to give a statement as a citizen because, as he claims, some people falsely accused him of being the author of an inappropriate caricature depicting the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Vesna Bratić.
After giving a statement at the Security Center (CB) Nikšić, Kasalica told "Vijesta" that he denied having anything to do with the cartoon.
As he said, he repeated what he published on his Facebook page, and he will file a complaint against all those who "falsely accused" him.
By order of the prosecutor, his phone and laptop were taken from him, and the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) will later declare whether there are elements of a criminal offense in this case.
His father Velimir Lule Kasalica said earlier today that Nebojša was invited to report to the police station.
"A few moments ago, Nebojša was invited to report to the Nikšić police station to give a statement as a citizen against the accusation of certain individuals, because they believe that he is the author of the obscene caricature of Minister Bratić. Well, gentlemen, let me tell you, it is not the level of Nebojshin or our family. In Montenegro, at least everything is known and who is who and who is ready for all kinds of nastiness, and who has a home upbringing and reputation. The madness of the outgoing thief's regime continues. I hope not for long," wrote Nebojsa's father, Velimir Lule Kasalica, on his Facebook page.
Allegedly, Nebojša, who represented the students who supported last year's processions, admitted in a telephone correspondence with an unidentified young man that he was the author of the cartoon and said that only a certain Jovan knew about it.
The basis for the report was also a picture from the mim page, for which those who reported it stated that he was the author.
"I am impressed by the fact that as proof that I painted that caricature vomit, the youth of DPS attached a painting by Rafael Santi, which served as a template for a mime to Lejan Dučić. Thus, thanks to the terrifying ignorance of the basis of the history of art (and mime) among young people Parties, my modest painting and mimer's range mistakenly equated with the greats of spiritual creativity of our civilization", wrote Nebojša Kasalica on his Facebook profile.
The real truth is, as he wrote, that he is not nearly as talented as Raphael or Lejan to create masterpieces like the School of Athens or "You don't understand me. And neither does Njegoš."
"I'm certainly not ill-educated and deranged like your regime cartoonists and satirists to represent women and clerics (or anyone else) in inappropriate vulgar poses. As for the 'correspondence', an even greater degree of stupidity and poorly done 'homework' is shown. Namely, since it is obvious that it is a correspondence on Viber, the experienced DPS editors did not even remember to look at which picture I have on my Viber profile, so they just downloaded this one from Facebook and pasted it in the editing. Everyone who knows me and has my number phone will testify to you that for almost four years there is a picture of me on Viber in a green shirt and sunglasses, while dancing "kazachok" (I love Russian music and dance). Another thing, is it possible that of all the people I hang out with and I am in constant contact, they managed to choose the name Jovan, who is not even in the widest circle of my friends and contacts? Ask a little about who I hang out with, my old mother, you old spies to appear frivolous on this holy day of the Congress. And third: CINKALI! This perhaps struck me the most of all, because it is said that I look like a fan of Croatian series. I swear, I only watched 'Love in the Backyard' once to retell it to my grandmother because she missed the rerun, but I never used a word like CINKALI. Well, if anyone suspected that I made that caricature or that this was part of my correspondence and not stupid photoshop, I hope I have dissuaded them a little, wrote Nebojša Kasalica on Facebook.
