Serbian citizens Lazar Ilić and Strahinja Savić were ordered to be detained today at the High Court in Podgorica, after being heard by the investigating judge, confirmed Aida Muzurović, an independent consultant for public relations.
As the media announced, they are suspected of planning the murder of a person of security interest in Budva.
Ilić and Savić were arrested on Friday in Budva on the bypass near the city cemetery.

Ilic is wanted by the Serbian authorities for the murder of Aleksandar Sarac, who was liquidated in October last year in the garage of TC Ušće in Belgrade.
"A photo of the person he allegedly planned to liquidate was found with the arrested Ilic. The murder of the person from the photo was prepared earlier," said a police source.
