The Podgorica police filed criminal charges against the former executive director of "Lovćen auta" B.Š. (61) and the owner of "SG company" SG (46) from Podgorica, who are accused of having committed a criminal offense - abuse of position in business operations.
The Police Administration announced that the police controlled the operations of "Lovćen Auto" in the period from September 1, 2013 to 2015.
During the investigation, as announced, material facts were collected that indicate the basis of suspicion that B.Š. and SG caused material damage to that company in the amount of 442.949 euros.
"These persons are charged for the damage caused in the amount of 177.820 euros, while for the remaining amount of the damage in the amount of 265.128 euros, according to the assessment of the competent prosecutor, the statute of limitations for prosecution has started".
"It is suspected that B.Š., as the executive director of Lovćen Auto AD Podgorica, and SG, the owner of the company that provided accounting services to this company, caused damage to Lovćen Auto AD Podgorica in the amount of 5.724 euros by abusing a card for non-cash payments," the police added. .
It was announced from UP that the suspects "performed an unjustified increase in invoices", paying for the accounting services of the SG company, thus causing damage in the amount of EUR 68.635 to the company Lovćen Auto AD Podgorica.
"In addition to the above, they illegally appropriated the money that was used to borrow the treasury on various grounds, which was justified by falsified travel orders, fictitious invoices and other invoices. It is suspected that they thus caused damage to the company Lovćen Auto AD Podgorica in the amount of 71.423 euros."
Suspect B.Š. and SG, the police added, without a legal basis discharged the obligations of the company "Nivel" doo, concluded and reduced them with compensation statements related to the debt of Lovćen Auto AD "which never existed, by which they illegally appropriated 10.334 euros."
"In addition, the actual debt of the legal entity "AS Kramar Montenegro" was reduced based on fictitious documentation, which caused material damage to the company Lovćen Auto AD Podgortica in the amount of 21.702 euros," the police conclude.
