Nikšićani RT (18), RB (27) V.Ž. (19) and DK (44) were arrested on suspicion of having committed property crimes.
The Police Administration announced that the Nikšić police had shed light on three criminal offenses of aggravated theft and the criminal offense of attempted robbery.
"The crimes of aggravated theft and robbery in an attempt were committed on October 30, 2020, in the way that the suspects, as suspected, broke into a family home in the town of Povija and stole money in the amount of 8.000 euros, and previously physically attacked MK and inflicted injuries on his head and body," the police announced.
A serious theft was committed in the town of Golija on December 7 last year, when, as reported, the suspects stole a jacket from a family home containing money in the amount of 2.675 euros, personal documents and bank cards.
"The third criminal offense, aggravated theft, was committed on December 31, 2020, when unknown persons broke into the house and stole money in the amount of 880 euros. The police, through intensive activities, collected evidence, identified and detained the suspect. The criminal investigation determined that V.Ž. was a co-perpetrator in the criminal offense of aggravated theft, which was committed on December 7," added the police.
The state prosecutor in Nikšić ordered the suspects to be detained in the detention facilities of the Nikšić Security Center until they were brought before the investigating judge of the Basic Court in Nikšić.
