The start of Ana Pešukić's trial has been postponed to May 19

The beginning of the trial of Ana Pešukić for two aggravated thefts of jewelry and works of art with a total value of 340.931,27 euros from the family home of Aco Đukanović and the executive director of the company "Fin Gold" from Podgorica, Filip Ralević, for aggravated theft by instigation and abuse of official position in business, which is was scheduled today in the High Court in Podgorica, it was postponed until May 19.

Independent consultant for public relations, Aida Muzurović, told "Vijesta" that the main hearing was postponed at the request of the prosecutor.

During the review of the indictment, the High Court acquitted Ralević and Pešukić of the charges of creating a criminal organization and confirmed part of the indictment for the criminal offenses of aggravated theft, aggravated theft by incitement and abuse of official business in business operations.

According to the indictment of the special prosecution, Filip Ralević encouraged Pešukić to take advantage of the Đukanović family's trust and steal a large amount of gold, jewelry, gold coins, gold wristwatches, worth 331.500.27 euros, from the closet of their apartment.

The indictment accuses Pešukić of repeatedly taking twenty art paintings, four decorative porcelain bowls, expensive wines, decorative ashtrays, gilded and cobalt, and three children's wallets with money of 995 euros, a total value of 9.431 euros, from the apartment of Gabriela Đukanović.
