In the High Court in Podgorica, a preliminary hearing was held against Krsto Vujić and other defendants for the murder of Šćepan Roganović from Herceg Novi on February 13, 2020.
Aida Muzurović, an independent consultant for public relations, stated that the preliminary hearing is closed to the public by law.
In addition to Vujić, Mili Bajramović, Miloš Komar, Dino Ibrahimović and Igor Glavaš were also accused of murdering Roganović.
Bajramović, who is on the run, has been identified as the direct perpetrator of the murder and an international warrant has been issued for him, as well as for Vujić, who is charged as the organizer of this criminal group, and for the citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Igor Glavaš.
It is suspected that Glavaš followed the victim and informed Bajramović about Roganović's movements by encrypted phone.
According to the results of the investigation, on the order and instructions of the organizers of the criminal organization, in January 2020, Glavaš took over from an unknown person the "piaggo" motorcycle that was stolen in Spain in 2018, and which was used in the murder of Roganović.
The victim Roganović was killed on the stairs of the Kanli Tower on February 13, 2020, at around 9,10:XNUMX a.m.
