There is no user data in the mobile phone of the defendant Goran Brajović, except for system data.
This was announced yesterday in the High Court in Podgorica by special prosecutor Saša Čađenović, in the continuation of the trial of Brajović and Colombians Costan Casa Jose Aleksandar (43) and Caicedo Bandoya Juan David (29), accused of being members of a criminal organization that operated on an international level, and formed with the aim of committing an unspecified number of serious crimes against life and limb.
Before the special panel presided over by Judge Biljana Uskoković, the minutes of the Police Administration were read and the data from the mobile phones that were found with the defendants were examined.
"There is no user data in the mobile phone of the defendant Brajović, except for the system data. In fact, the phone is like new, as if it had just been made in the factory," prosecutor Čađenović explained.
At one of the previous trials, Brajović denied that he was a member of a criminal organization, saying that it was a "big mistake".
Answering the special prosecutor's questions, the defendant then confirmed that he had an encrypted phone that was taken from him on the day of his arrest.
He explained that he only used it to communicate with his girlfriends, and that his other devices were used to communicate with his family.
"The phone I had on the critical day was encrypted, and the card was foreign. I ordered it online, and I only used it for communication with my girlfriends, via SMS messages," said Brajović.
