Đ.R. from Nikšić. he is suspected of having threatened the Minister of Justice, Human and Minority Rights Vladimir Leposavic with death on December 29 last year, after the adoption of the Law on Freedom of Religion, and told him, among other things, that he would "quickly end up in the hole".
Although the identity of the person who threatened Minister Leposavic with death was known, the search was held today, and the public was not informed about this event.
The indictment against Đ. R. who is charged with the criminal offense of endangering security, was brought by the state prosecutor, and the case was assigned to judge Igor Đuričković.
The aforementioned criminal offense carries a penalty of up to three years.
