The Kavački clan had criminal cells in several European countries, and they were coordinated by Milan Vujotić (39) from Podgorica, known as Lavitese, according to the files of the Slovenian police.
Cocaine that arrived in that country on his order and through his channels had the Serbian coat of arms 4S printed on the packages, it is written in the files of the local police, which "Vijesti" had access to.
Milan Vujotić - Lavitese, was the main supplier of cocaine in the criminal group led by Filip Vrzić (Drug, 10NO), but he delivered cocaine to him at certain times, not all the time.
"This means that Vujotić occasionally received a large shipment of cocaine in the Netherlands. Filip Vrzić then, through his hierarchically subordinate members, expeditiously transferred this cocaine to Slovenia, Serbia and partially to Spain and resold it to customers. During the period when Milan Vujotić received the shipment of cocaine, the shipments were carried out in quantities of up to 42 kilograms at a time. Namely, 42 kilograms is the amount that could fit in the custom hidden space of the truck bed. In some cases, they drove two trucks at the same time, which means that they transferred about 80 kilograms per week," the police document states.
4S ON VUJOTIĆ'S COCAINE
It was clarified that in most cases the cocaine was handed over in Slovenia, where it was collected by Drejc Kovač - Hajro.
"A little cocaine was brought to Serbia and Spain. The peculiarity of the cocaine owned by Milan Vujotić - Lavitese was that it had the logo of the Serbian coat of arms and 4S printed on it," the investigation documents explain.
The investigators established that, when Vujotić received a shipment of cocaine, the criminal group bought the drug from a supplier that Luka Arapović - Dal procured for them, but that then the deliveries were much smaller, never less than five kilograms per round.
"When Milan Vujotić Lavitese received another shipment of cocaine, the cocaine was again transported and bought from him. This mode shows the communication between Filip Vrzić and Darko Nevzatović - Casper from May 16, 2020 and June 15, 2020. On those days, Vrzić informed Nevzatović that Vujotić (whom he called 'my friend') had received a shipment of cocaine in the Netherlands and that he would be need to transport a lot of cocaine. "For unspecified reasons, the shipment of cocaine and consequently the transports were not carried out," the documents state.
TWO CLANS IN SPAIN
It was also clarified that the criminal group led by Vrzić and Klemen Kadivec, for Milan Vujotić, in addition to the transportation of cocaine, also supervised and arranged the transportation of illegal millions in cash.
"Thus, in 2019, four money transports were carried out. The first transport in the amount of 1,4 million euros was carried out by Mario Budimir aka JSK, in the days around January 16, 2019. He transported the money from Spain to Slovenia, and Nevzatović transferred the money from Slovenia to Belgrade. The second shipment, around February 6, 2019, was made by Mario Budimir, also in the amount of 1,4 million euros, on the route Spain - Belgrade. The third transport of money, in the amount of 1,4 million euros, was carried out by Nevzatović, in the days around April 8, 2019, between Barcelona and Belgrade. On the same day, Mario Budimi also transferred 1,4 million euros from Spain to Belgrade. "The cash transported from Spain to Serbia originates from two criminal gangs that operated under the auspices of Vujotić in the territory of Spain," the investigators from Slovenia conclude.
They explain that the transportation of money from those two criminal groups, which operate in Spain under the auspices of Vujotić, shows that this man from Podgorica, that is, the kava clan, has established a network of criminal groups across Europe:
"Which operated under the auspices of the Kavaka clan and engaged in the illegal sale of drugs. One such association is the association founded by Filip Vrzić and Klemen Kadivec", it is written in the documents from the investigation.
They also explain that Vujotić is a member of an international criminal group known as the Kavački clan of an unspecified date in 2018, he allowed Filip Vrzić to establish a cell in Slovenia within a larger international criminal association.
"During the period of activity of that criminal association, headed by Filip Vrzić and Klemen Kadivac, he supplied them with cocaine in the Netherlands, and in an unspecified part he also participated in the illegal material profit that this clan cell acquired by selling drugs. "He ordered the transportation of money acquired through criminal activities, at least from Spain to Serbia," the documents from the investigation say.
PROVIDED A WITNESS?
Investigators from Slovenia provided a cooperating witness in the proceedings initiated against an international criminal group that acted as a Slovenian cell of the Kavačac criminal clan.
On more than 420 pages of the criminal report, it is clearly stated that the suspect told a good amount of information, which was later confirmed by secret surveillance measures, monitoring, recognition, the role of undercover investigators, controlled drug shipments, searches and seized items...
It also says that Vujotić, as a member of that criminal organization, was identified on the basis of a witness statement, and "identity was confirmed by foreign security services", the report says.
The inspectors also found his photo in the phones of Darko Nevzatović, aka Casper, to whom Luka Arapović, nicknamed DAL, had sent it.
The investigators established that Vujotić's photo was sent to Arapović by Filip Vrzić, known as Drug i 10NO, so that the latter, through his connections in the company "Cetis Celje", could create a forged passport for him, for which he received 5.000 euros in cash from Vrzić.
LAVITEZEUS KNOWN
IN "THE ROAD OF REVENGE" Members of the Slovenian cell of the Kavac criminal clan talked a few months ago about the documentary series "The Road of Revenge", broadcast on TV Vijesti, because they saw that it mentioned a man who is on their Sky application under the nickname Lavitese.
"Darko Nezvatović Casper and Luka Arapović Del talked about Milan Vujotić aka Lavitese and the creation of a passport for him on January 21. 2021, during discussions about the supply of heroin. Nevzatović and Arapović started communication about the series "Path of Revenge". It is a documentary series that describes the bloody war between the Kavak and Skaljar clans. The series is available on You tube. Nevzatović explained to Arapović that Filip Vrzić, known as Drug and No10 (he called him Roni, which is one of their nicknames on the Sky app) and Klemen Kadivec - Tom Ford, are members of the Kavački clan. Nevzatović explained that the show showed a photo of a man who is a Sky user nicknamed Lavitese, for whom Luka Arapović arranged a forged passport and who received a good fee for that service. In the show, he noted that at the beginning of the conflict between the Kavak and Skaljar clans, a bomb was planted right under the car of a man with the Sky nickname Lavitese. This same man is a friend of Filip Vrzić", it is written in the files of the Slovenian police.
From the evidence gathered through secret surveillance measures, it can be seen that Arapović then told Nevzatović that he remembered the event, stressing that it was at a time when the police officers were still "working".
The files clarify that they are referring to the police officers of the PMP Gruškovje, who were arrested on February 8, 2020, for entering false entry and exit stamps in the passports of third-country nationals for money, thus enabling them to stay in the European Union, outside of the legal time allowed.
From their recorded conversation at the time, it appears that Arapović told Nezvatović that he did not personally know the man with the nickname Lavitese, but that he had received his messages several times, indirectly, through Vrzić - that he was arranging the entry/exit stamps on the passports of persons connected to Vujotić.
Slovenes in the report about the war between the Kavčan and Skaljarac
Milan Vujotić - Lavitese is a high-ranking member of the Kavac clan, who is known to be in conflict with the Skaljar clan, between whom a bloody war is currently being waged, the report says.
Slovenian police officers explain that until 2014 there was one criminal group in Kotor, but that year 200 kilograms of cocaine disappeared in Valencia, which led to a dispute that split the group into two parts.
"During the six-year war, which was financed by money obtained from the sale of drugs, members of criminal gangs use explosives, bombs and even snipers to kill their opponents," the documents say.
The Slovenians state that, according to the collected information, the leader of the Skaljar clan is Jovan Jovica Vukotić, but also that the members of that clan are also in dispute with Darko Šarić's group.
"Some mention Jovan's brother Igor and Vladan Radoman as the real leader. In January 2020, Igor Dedovič and Stevan Stamatović, who were among the leading members, were liquidated in Greece," it is written in the files of the Slovenian police.
The Kavački clan, the Slovenians write, is led by Slobodan Kašćelan and Radoje Zvicer, and they also described attempts to liquidate them in May 2016 in Novi Sad, that is, in May 2020 in Kiev.
"In addition to Kašćelan and Zvicer, Igor Božović and Milan Vujotić are also prominent members of the Kavac clan. "Both are Montenegrin citizens and according to the collected data, they were hiding in the vicinity of the Danube," the documents from the investigation say.
