The disappearance of several men connected to the Skaljar criminal clan in security circles is linked to a man from Kraljevo who lived in Bar for years, but both the Serbian and Montenegrin police have been silent about him for months.
His name (known to the editorial staff) was not mentioned even after the actions of arresting the top members of the Kavac criminal clan and their associates in Belgrade, who are suspected of multiple monstrous murders, it was confirmed by the "News" from security circles.
That fifty-one-year-old man was allegedly part of the team of the now deceased Baranin for years Alan Kožara, killed on July 23 last year in Greece. At the end of 2019, he allegedly changed his jersey and "played" for Kavčani...
Since February, the Montenegrin police have not responded to the "News" regarding whether the family of any of the missing Montenegrin citizens, connected to the Skaljars, reported that the Kraljevic man known as Captain, General or Fidel and two Kosovo citizens, but not whether that information was verified and if so, what was determined.
"We cannot disclose available operational information and information obtained by family members at this time for the purpose of further investigation and search," the police administration responded earlier.
They did not answer repeated questions about his possible role in the disappearance of persons of security interest JJ, RM, SL, DH. and Nikola Stanišić close to the Skaljar criminal clan, as well as a hairdresser from Bar AS who had no criminal record.
The Police Administration previously replied to "Vijesta" that they had been officially notified of Stanišić's disappearance and that the family of the RM of Cetinje had informed them at the end of February that they had lost contact with him. Apart from that, the only thing reported to them was the disappearance of a hairdresser from Bar - AS, who was related to the carpenter DH
"The disappearance of AS from Bar and NS from Tivat was officially reported to the Police Administration of Montenegro. On February 26, RM's family submitted a report to the Cetinje Security Department, where they stated that they had lost contact with this person. LV is a citizen of the Republic of Serbia and according to the information we have, he has not disappeared in Montenegro. The disappearance of JJ and SL was not officially reported to the Police Directorate. Through NCB-Interpol Podgorica, we did not receive confirmation of the information about their disappearance," the Police Administration explained on March 8.
In the answers, they did not include DH, who changed his name and surname to David Begovic.
"For these persons whose disappearance was reported to the Police Directorate, all operational-tactical measures and actions were taken by police officers in order to find them. Available operational information and information obtained by family members cannot be disclosed at this time for the purpose of further investigation and search," said the police.
Of those six people, five are reportedly still being sought. The special state prosecutor's office and the police managed to find only evidence that Stanišić was kidnapped and killed, but they did not find his lifeless body. At the end of April, the police suspected a criminal group allegedly formed by the people of Kotor for the death of that resident of Podgorica Slobodan Kascelan (58) and Radoje Switzerland (39), from Nikšić Radoje Zivkovic (35) known as Žuti and Podgoricanin Milan Vujotić (39). Then Kašćelan and his bodyguard were arrested in an action by the Crime Fighting Sector and the Special State Prosecutor's Office Vladimir Vuckovic (46) from Herceg Novi, Kotorani Miloš Radonjić (35) Krsto Maros (43) and Zoran Kazic (46), as well as from Podgorica Darko Prelevic (31) living in Pljevlje. After the decision of the investigating judge of the High Court not to order custody of the six arrested after the expiration of the prosecutor's detention, Radonjić, Maroš and Prelević avoided being taken to the Investigation Prison, and Kašćelan, Vučković and Kažić were arrested again and taken to Spuž. Zvicer, Živković, Vujotić, Srđa Jurišević (39) who is also Kašćelan's bodyguard, Kotorani Dragan (40) and Milan Knezevic (39) and from Podgorica Aleksandar Dragićević (35). Zdravko Perunović (45) from Nikšić is also included in the criminal report, who has been in Spuša prison for a long time.
Stanišić, close to the Škaljar criminal clan, disappeared on the last day of July 2020, after allegedly heading towards Kotor on a Cetinja motorcycle. Even after the investigation of that murder, for which they suspected the top of the Kavac criminal clan, the police did not answer questions about the man from Kraljevo.
Involved in at least ten murders?
A source from the security circles said that the police of Serbia, Montenegro, as well as Greece, Spain and Turkey, should try to determine the possible role of the people of Kraljevo in at least ten murders of members of the Skaljar criminal clan. Allegedly, before the disappearance of RM from Cetinje, who was lost in Istanbul, the thirty-two-year-old told his family and friends that he would meet him. According to the information of "Vijesti", the man from Kraljevo communicated with JJ on the same day when the man from Cetinje disappeared, all trace of whom was lost after he landed in Barcelona.
According to unconfirmed information from "Vijesti", DH and his son-in-law AS disappeared in mid-October, in the area between Podgorica and Danilovgrad. The police did not want to reveal the details of the investigation to the families either, but they told them that they were also looking for the two Barans in Žabljak. The family previously told "Vijesti" that AS said that day that he was going to Podgorica to take his brother-in-law DH and that he would return immediately. Since then, all traces of him have been lost, and his mother has repeatedly asked the police to tell her what they did to find AS, who left the hair salon where he worked that day.
According to "Vijesti", the family has not had any communication with Kotorana's JJ since November 8, when he arrived at the Marco Polo airport in Venice via Slovenia and flew to Barcelona. The same source claims that all traces of him were lost in that city.
Allegedly, Serbia was also checking the information about that scumbag, i.e., whether a criminal group was behind his disappearance. Veljko Belivuk whose members were arrested at the beginning of the year in Belgrade. The source of "Vijesti" from the Serbian police claims that the services there were also checking the information whether the same criminal group was responsible for the kidnapping and most likely the liquidation of Cetinje RM in Istanbul.
Serbian media announced at the beginning of May that he is the president of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić talked about that murder when he said that Veljko Belivuk's team and Marko Miljkovic she sent photos of her crippled son to the mother of one of the victims.
In recent months, Vučić has been speaking publicly about the atrocities committed by Belivuk's team and their connections with the leaders of the Kavačac criminal clan. Recently, he publicly announced that they were responsible for several murders, but he also said that one of the alleged leaders of the Kavaka clan, Radoje Zvicer, who is also wanted by the Montenegrin police, will not be free as long as he is alive.
And Vučić is silent about the Kraljevo citizen
However, Vučić does not answer the questions about the Kraljevo resident, nor do the answers come from his cabinet. At the end of April, "Vijesti" asked the President of Serbia if, during the session of the National Security Council, he was informed about the possible role of a citizen of Montenegro, born in Kraljevo, in the murders suspected of the organized criminal group Belivuk, and if so, that if this does not interfere with the investigation answer what his role is and whether that person has been arrested. Among the questions was whether he was informed about whether the Directorate of Police of Serbia is investigating the role of members of Belivuk's organized crime group in the disappearance of alleged members of Škaljar's organized crime group - Stanišić, JJ, RM, DH, SL and a hairdresser from Bar, who is related with DH There was no answer to those, but also to the questions whether it was established whether the organized criminal group of the arrested Belivuk had contacts with current or former officers and officials of the Police Administration of Montenegro and, if so, whether the Serbian police eventually provided that information to colleagues in Montenegro.
Vučić and his colleagues have been very often announcing the details of the investigation against the criminal group of Belgrade citizen Veljko Belivuk, known as Velja Nevolja, for the past few months. Belivuk, his first associate Marko Miljković and about twenty members of that criminal organization were arrested in two operations by the Serbian security forces - in early February and in May. The Serbian authorities suspect them of several monstrous liquidations, mostly of men connected to the Skaljar criminal clan, who are officially listed as missing. In one of his speeches, Vučić accused Kotor's Radoj Zvicer that Belivuk and his team "made kebabs" at the house of horrors in Ritopek on his order.
"One of the butchers, one of the butchers, sent kebabs to the Swiss and his political boss, and kebabs are ground meat from people, so that the people of Serbia understand what it is about... So, if that villain asked for kebabs, they would grind those people , after slaughtering and butchering them, they cut off their legs and arms, and then they would send him kebabs", said the President of Serbia in May.
He repeated this several times, after which the media in Serbia published the reaction of the resident of Kotor, who denied everything.
Although Kraljevo is not among those arrested either in Serbia or Montenegro, his name and one of his nicknames - Captain, were revealed in the middle of the week in an audio recording of a conversation allegedly conducted by members of Belivuk's clan. The recording was published by the Serbian media, with the explanation that the conversation was allegedly held in October last year, when the kidnapping and brutal liquidation were being prepared. Lazar Vukićević i Aleksandar Sarac. During the negotiation of where to bring the victims, who were allegedly told that they would "torture the boar" - Belivuk, the members of that criminal group stated that Šarac was scared and did not even trust the "Captain, who is his boss".
"He M***** who is his boss tells him to write only something they know", can be heard on the recording.
That video was published only after KRIK published a part of Veljko Belivuk's statement, that is, his claim that he was seeing the president of Serbia, for whom he allegedly did several favors. Vučić denied those allegations, and a day later the prosecutor for organized crime Mladen Nenadic held a press conference during which journalists were shown photographs of the victims of the criminal clan Belivuk and Miljković, better known as Marko the butcher. Serbian media reported that the photos were shown Aleksandar Gligorijevic, Milan Ljepoja, Zdravka Radojevića i Goran Veličković Goksi. Prosecutor Nenadić announced that they also have photos of Vukićević, but that they cannot show them, because the family of the murdered man has not seen them yet. He announced the indictment against Veljko Belivuk's group at the end of July...
All those killed were connected to the Skaljar criminal clan, and some of them, according to "Vijesti" information, told their families before they disappeared that they were going to a meeting with a man from Kraljevo who they allegedly believed was still with them.
According to the same information, after the double murder in Athens, when the Skaljar criminal clan was almost beheaded by the liquidation of one of the leaders Igor Dedović and his associate Stevan Stamatović, a man from Kraljeva accused a man from Podgorica among the skals SL for betrayal.
