Safet Bećiragić, Miloš Dragojević and Ognjen Popović from Ulcinj, who were responsible for the fight on Monday, August 30 around 9 a.m., were sentenced today to 4 days in custody, Vijesti has learned.
The decision on detention was made by the president of the Ulcinj court, Amir Đokaj, on the proposal of the primary prosecutor, Faruk Resulbegović.
The young men are suspected of having committed a criminal act of violent behavior to the detriment of fellow citizen Muzafer Idrizaga, who got the upper hand in unequal treatment, which can be seen on the exempted videos.
In explaining the decision, Đokaj stated that one of the reasons for ordering custody is that there are circumstances that indicate that the suspect will interfere with the proceedings by influencing the witnesses of the victim Idrizaga, IB and AI as well as unknown accomplices who have not yet been identified.
He also stated that there is a well-founded suspicion that the young men have committed the criminal offense they are charged with, which, as written in the explanation, can be indisputably seen in the videos submitted by the Police Department.
Also, the judge assessed that there is a fear that the suspect Bećiragić will repeat the criminal act, bearing in mind the fact that by the decision of the Basic Court in Ulcinj he was already convicted once for causing serious bodily injuries.
