This is the message he sent to the other members of the criminal group on October 14, 2020, at 22.17:XNUMX p.m. Marko Miljkovic.
The closest associate of the head of that criminal organization Veljko Belivuk, then, according to the Serbian indictment, he informed the other members of the group in Belgrade about the completed work in Montenegro via encrypted telephones.
On that day, according to Montenegrin and Serbian investigators, Belivuk and Miljković in Montenegro killed Damir Hodžić and his son-in-law Adis Spahić, while part of the same organization in Belgrade was liquidated Lazar Vukićević.
"Brother, there's nothing I like more than skinning Laza, so brother, I can't describe it to you... Look, we skinned Laza, we skinned Kasap (Hodžić), we skinned Zet (Spahić) and here's the Captain, we'll skin him too in a few days, so brother four today, we killed them, and all the key ones," Miljković's message was sent via the encrypted Sky application.
After that, Miljković sends them a message that "Kasap pulled out a gun today" on them, just like Vukićević on part of that organized criminal group that lured him to the house of horrors in Ritopek.
"Instead, we immediately shot his brother in the head with three bullets and he was left with a gun in his hand, that's how we killed him," explained Miljković.
It is not clear whether and Mile Radulović the so-called Captain was killed, i.e. whether that high-ranking scumbag willingly transferred to the opposing blacksmith clan to which Belivuk and his team belong...
It is certain, however, that his encrypted phone served as the main tool in many liquidations, because many victims were lured through it, including Vukićević in Belgrade...
In the criminal report of the Police Administration of Montenegro, it is stated that he was also present during the murder of Hodžić and Spahić, but the press release of the Special Prosecutor's Office does not state his further fate, except for the statement that he was taken to another location...
Collaborative witness
Bojan Hrvatin, one of the members of Belivuk's group who received the status of a cooperating witness in Serbia, told the organized crime prosecutors there that part of Belivuk's team came to Montenegro in mid-October last year to "arrest" a member of the Skaljar clan, whose nickname is Captain...
According to the documents, he said that the Belgraders discovered the Captain's role by using the Leon account on the encrypted Sky application, through which they extracted information from Stefan Mandić, suspected of attempted murder of the alleged leader of the Kavac clan Radoja Zvicer.
"In October 2020, Veljko Belivuk - Soprano and Marko Miljković - Kratos wrote with Stefan Mandić, who I know participated in the attempted murder of Radoj Zvicer - who goes by the nickname Born on the Sky application, in Ukraine. They pretended to be blacksmiths. On that occasion they used another account on Sky, I think his name was Leon. There, Veljko and Marko created a story through the mentioned order that Leon should find and solve a person with the nickname Kockica. In the above-mentioned correspondence, I know that Marko and Velja identified a person with the nickname Captain on Sky, who was a scoundrel and managed murders - financed Sarca (Aleksandra) of the Lazar Vukićević to work against Veljko and Marko Miljković and all the others who are with them", says Hrvatin's statement.
He told the prosecutors that then Belivuk, Miljković and Hell (Nebojša Janković) agreed to go to Montenegro and find the Captain through a person who worked "for Škaljars and Kavčani, and in fact he was only a Kavčani".
"I don't know his name, but I know that he helped locate the Captain, who I know had a beard, was older, and I only saw his picture. In Montenegro, Veljko, Marko and Hell, together with the person who gave information about the scammers and was in contact with the Captain, reveal to them the secret house where they go to arrest the Captain, so that through him they can implicate the others, above all Šarac and Lazar Vukićević," said the associate witness.
That witness said that Belivuk and Miljković left the phone they used to communicate with Mandić Marko Budimir - Cantons and Srdjan Lalić - To Beria.
"They were left with a phone with Leon's order in it, so that they could continue communicating with Mandić, who was in contact with the Captain. As far as I know, when Marko, Veljko and Hell entered the "steak" house in Montenegro, they killed one of the skals and captured the Captain. Then they painted Belivuk that he was allegedly kidnapped by the Captain's men and through his order with Šarec, who was called Dillingzer on Skye and Lazar Vukićević, whom I know was previously called Sven on Skye, they agreed to go and solve, that is, to kill Veljko, and they addressed Velja as Boar", his statement reads.
The witness also explained how both of them were implicated then, but also that Šarac gave up on the agreement to meet with the Captain's men in Belgrade - because he had doubts.
Vukićević was kidnapped, tortured and killed on October 14, 2020.
According to the testimony of the associate witness, his head was wanted due to the knowledge that Vukićević was allegedly observing Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković.
Criminal charges
The day before yesterday, the Montenegrin Police Directorate filed a criminal complaint against Veljko Belivuk, Marko Miljković, Nebojša Jankovića i Ratko Živković for the murder of Hodžić and Spahić on October 14, 2020 in Danilovgrad.
In the SDT announcement, it is stated that the suspects Belivuk, Miljković and Janković killed Hodzić and Spahić, and that Živković helped them in this by providing a house in which they were lured and liquidated in order to realize the criminal plan.
"And after that, he entered into telephone communication with HD, who was destined to be killed by a criminal organization, and using the previously acquired trust, he asked the injured parties to come to the Spuž settlement in the Danilovgrad municipality to the house he was using, so that they could see each other. During that time, the suspects BV, MM and JN entered Montenegro illegally, bypassing the border crossings, and reached the house of Ž. R., and all with the aim of realizing the criminal plan to kill the injured SA and HD, so 14.10.2020. year around 15.00:XNUMX p.m., upon the arrival of the injured parties at Ž.R.'s house, the suspect BV immediately took HD's life by firing a firearm and hitting him in the head area, inflicting injuries that resulted in his death," according to the Special Prosecutor's Office.
It is explained that the suspects Miljković and Janković simultaneously physically attacked the injured Spahić, who was then tied up as well as the injured Milo Radulović, known as Captain, who was also there.
"On the same day, SA was deprived of his life. The damaged RM was taken to another location by others, so far unknown members of a criminal organization," reads the text of the SDT.
It is written that Belivuk then informed other members of the criminal organization about the manner in which he committed the described crime by means of a voice message, via an encrypted mobile phone:
"Brother, Zemo and Hell and they all reacted well, it can't be commented at all, everyone got their own, I liked 'Butcher', 'Kratos' got 'Zeta', 'Hell' got M., that that 'Kasap' had an inlet and pulled it, brother, no one could have expected that and that could not be changed and cannot be corrected, no way brother, I didn't want to risk it at all, we agreed that way ourselves regardless what did you say in the group, if it is seen and pulled, it is immediately shot. Brother, there is nothing to make excuses for.
In the Serbian indictment against Belivuk's group, it is stated that Miljković was marked as "Kratos" and Janković as "Hell" in encrypted phones...
Although the SDT claims that Hadžić and Spahić were killed around 15:13 p.m., the indictment of the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime states that Belivuk's team already used Radulović's phone around XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. that day, with which they framed Vukićević and Šarac.
At 19.48:XNUMX p.m., they received a message from Miloš Budimir that Vukićević had a "prangia" and started shooting, which is why they beat him, after which Miljković replied, "Well done, brothers":
"What can I tell you, well done, this one also had a prang today, so we fixed it right away"...
At 21.37:XNUMX p.m., Belivuk calls them from another phone, explaining that he must not "have them in the crypt" because the phone "is not ours."
"Just to greet you all brothers, to thank everyone, without...I don't know how to pronounce it. Give us impressions please, so give us some to feed our egos, we are tired, we are dirty, we smell, it means chaos. Here, brothers, we are still in our boots, brother, that means chaos, talk a little, please", Belivuk tells them.
After Miloš Budimir tells him how Vukićević took out his gun, Belivuk replies that they had the same situation, but they were faster and he thanks them all again, adding that "this is a great day for everyone".
"There is nothing, brother, thank you, thank God that everything went as it should", Budimir answered him a few minutes later.
"We are beating these stupid Montenegrins"
Belivuk's group, as written in the indictment filed in Serbia, lured Lazar Vukićević with a edited photo of Velja Nevolja, in which he is tied up.
Using the Captain's order, the members of that organization sent him a photo, an address to which they should come and a message to come and torture the Boar, i.e. Belivuk.
After they kidnapped him and started studying, they called Belivuk and he asked to hear from Vukićević...
"Here is the Boar, friend. Where are you Laki, right? Now you're going to see how it's smoked... Listen, you know they're going to beat you so much, it means you're going to beg to be killed, and you're lucky that we're here today beating these stupid Montenegrins, so we can't," says Miljković, as written in the indictment.
In one of the messages that Belivuk and Miljković sent to the part of the clan that tortured Vukićević in Belgrade, they tell them that they will contact them when they arrive at a safe location. Pljevlja is also mentioned in the transcripts...
The police searched the house in Spuz
Yesterday, investigators conducted a search of the house in Spuz, where, as investigators suspect, Hodžić and Spahić were killed.
