A member of the Montenegrin Army, Albin Salić (34), was arrested and is in custody on suspicion of becoming part of the group of Stefan Đukić and Emil Tuzović, said Chief Special Prosecutor Milivoje Katnić.
Special Prosecutor Miroslav Turković said at a joint press conference of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SST) and the Police Directorate that the SST is conducting an investigation against several persons for creating a criminal organization, and against two organizers for aggravated murder, bribery...
Turković said that during the investigation launched against the group of Đukić and Emil, they found evidence that the soldier Salić and Branko Pejanović (35) also became members of that criminal group.
Turković said that this member of the VCG observed the movements of GST Milivoje Katnić and passed on information to the organizers of that crime group.
Special prosecutors also suspect that this member of the criminal group gave information about the combat situation of the VCG, but also explained how weapons with high lethality can be transferred when returning from missions.
He is also suspected of giving weapons to other members of the criminal group, of procuring drugs for criminal groups...

Acting on the orders of the organizers of the criminal organization, BP procured and handed over weapons to other members of that clan, and found apartments where the weapons were kept, said Turković.
Prosecutors suspect that AS stole explosives from VCG and handed them over to members of a criminal group.

He pointed out that in that investigation they rely on material evidence, that they analyze communication, that they searched numerous locations used by members of that criminal group.
In a "steak apartment" that members of that criminal group rented from a citizen of AA, the police found several weapons, explosives, two Kalashnikovs, an explosive directed action mine (MRUD) filled with 900 grams of petrite, a motorcycle, explosive amonex...
Turković explained that the search of AS's apartment found several weapons, a silicone mask, ammunition, cocaine...
That group planned the murder of GST Mlivoj Katnić, special prosecutor Saša Čađenović, police officials, and an attack on judge Biljana Uskoković.
This criminal organization aimed to take the lives of police officers Zoran Lazović and Ivan Đoković, said Turković.
"Some of the defendants involved in this procedure are on the run, actions are being taken to locate them," he said.
GST Milivoje Katnić said that they have achieved great results since the beginning of the year.
MRUD, as they suspect, stole from VCG funds, said GST Milivoje Katnić, a detailed investigation will determine whether it was acquired elsewhere.
It is important that the cocaine did not reach the citizens
Katnić, answering questions about operation "187" in which 1.400 kilograms of drugs were seized, said that the Special Prosecutor's Office was not informed about that operation.
He praised everyone who participated in that action, but believes that it could have been done better.
"Every completed job has no flaws, including this one. It is important that it did not reach the citizens," said Katnić.
DF and criminal structures put pressure on Abazović
He said that he has evidence that the Democratic Front and criminal structures are putting pressure on Abazović because of the unreserved support he gave to SDT.
Speaking about Abazović, he pointed out that he is young, that he is only 32 years old, but that he hopes that he will overcome all those pressures.
He also reminded that the judicial system is not functioning, because there are no optimal conditions to set up, for example, a special department of the High Court, which will result in the accused of planning his and his son's liquidation being released from custody.
He explained that the legislator stipulated that the accused cannot be in custody for more than three years from the day of the indictment, if the first-instance verdict is not passed within that period.
Clan chiefs will call themselves
Responding to Vijesta's questions as to whether they had located the fugitive heads of the Skaljar and Kavak clans, Jovan Vukotić, Radoj Zvicer, Milan Vujotić and others, Katnić said that they would contact themselves.
