Ana Pešukić from Nikšić said today in the courtroom of the High Court that she does not agree to the agreement with the Special State Prosecutor's Office, by which they obliged her to a six-month prison sentence and to return 300.000 euros to Aco Đukanović.
Pešukić told Vijesta that in front of judge Suzana Mugoša she refused to accept the deal as her own and that she told her that it was unacceptable for her to return 300.000 euros "especially to return it to the Đukanovićs":
Pešukić was accused of stealing a quantity of gold, jewelry, gold coins, gold wristwatches...worth 331.500,27 euros.
For years, she worked as a teacher in the Đukanović house.
Pešukić said that in the compensation request, she was ordered to be sentenced to six months in prison, which is the time she spent in detention, and that they are unjustifiably demanding 300.000 euros, even though the expert did not determine that they were damaged by that much.
"Today, Aco Đukanović's legal representatives - lawyer Draško Đukanović and former Minister of Justice Zoran Pažin - appeared in the courtroom. There was enthusiasm in the courtroom when they saw him, although he did not cause such a feeling in me," said Pešukić.
