Special Prosecutor Sanja Jovićević, after the hearing, ordered the detention of Maksim Lakubovski, suspected of creating an international criminal organization that smuggled drugs and money laundered, for up to 72 hours.
The wife of that Moldovan citizen, Ekatarina Lakubovska, was released after the hearing to defend herself in the further course of the proceedings.
The two were arrested yesterday in an operation by the Montenegrin and Moldovan police, which was carried out by the special prosecutor's offices of those two countries.
