The trial of the defendant Krsto Vujić and three other defendants for the murder of Šćepan Roganović in Herceg Novi was postponed today in the Podgorica High Court at the request of the defense.
The next hearing will be determined later, it was announced to "Vijesti" from the court.
In addition to Vujić, Mili Bajramović, Miloš Komar, Dino Ibrahimović and Igor Glavaš were also accused of murdering Roganović.
Bajramović, who is on the run, has been identified as the direct perpetrator of the murder and an international warrant has been issued for him, as well as for Vujić, who is charged as the organizer of this criminal group. Glavaš is accused of following the victim and informing Bajramović about Roganović's movements by encrypted phone.
According to the results of the investigation, on the order and instructions of the organizers of the criminal organization, in January 2020, he took over from an unknown person the "Piaggo" motorcycle that was stolen in Spain in 2018, and which was used in the murder of Roganović. .
Roganović was killed on the stairs near the Kanli Tower on February 13, 2020 at around 9.10:XNUMX a.m.
