Basic state prosecutor Vukas Radonjić unfoundedly, illegally and with malicious intent ordered the arrest of police officers Aleksandar Bošković and Saša Đurović in the "Belivuk and Miljković" case, in order to present himself to the public as a fighter against organized crime.
According to the unofficial information of Vijesti, this is written in the criminal report that these police officers submitted to the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) against Radonjić, accusing him of abuse of official position.
Due to the fact that in that case they were identified as collaborators of Belivuk and Miljković, they suspect Radonjić with the report that he deliberately drew a target for them by arresting them and played with people's destinies.
The prosecutor told "Vijesta" that in that case "just like in any other case, he acted according to the Constitution and the law", as he swore before the Prosecutor's Council when he was appointed state prosecutor. He also said that it will be proven.
Bošković and Đurović charge Radonjić with the report that, even though he knew there was no basis for it, he unjustifiably ordered their arrest due to the lifting of the ban on entering Montenegro for accused Belgrade criminals Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković.
