Basic State Prosecutor Vukas Radonjic he unfoundedly, illegally and with malicious intent ordered the arrest of police leaders Aleksandar Bošković i Saša Đurović in the case of "Belivuk and Miljković", in order to present himself in public as a fighter against organized crime.
According to the unofficial information of Vijesti, this is written in the criminal report that these police officers submitted to the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) against Radonjić, accusing him of abuse of official position.
Due to the fact that in that case they were identified as collaborators of Belivuk and Miljković, they suspect Radonjić with the report that he deliberately drew a target for them by arresting them and played with people's destinies.
The prosecutor told "Vijesti" that in that case "just like in any other case, he acted according to the Constitution and the law", as he swore before the Prosecutor's Council when he was appointed state prosecutor. He also said that it will be proven.
Bošković and Đurović charge Radonjić with the report that, even though he knew there was no basis for it, he unjustifiably ordered their arrest due to the lifting of the ban on entering Montenegro for accused Belgrade criminals Great Belivuk i Marko Miljković.
They suspect Radonjic that he did it according to a previous agreement with the state secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs I work with Milosevic and several unknown persons, as well as that the filing of the report was done intentionally while that prosecutor was on duty.
Doubts about this, it is stated, were awakened by the fact that the media "promptly" published information about the arrest of police officers in the midnight hours, exactly when the official note about their deprivation of liberty was filed: "Or maybe even before that."
Bošković confirmed to "Vijesti" that he filed a criminal complaint, adding that he and Đurović decisively explained to the prosecutor who was behind the order to lift the ban on entry for Belivuk and Miljković and who carried it out.
He points out, however, that the prosecutor threw all the evidence and the complete situation under his feet: "In our statements, we precisely stated that colleague Đurović received an order from me, I confirmed it - that I issued him an order, that he did it and that he notified me back... If you put it all on paper, sign it, here I am, but why are you arresting colleague Đurović, so much for the professionalism of that prosecutor... I received the specific order to implement that decision from an assistant director Enis Baković... My reaction was... I said decisively: 'How do we get these criminals off the entry ban?' I received the explanation that I received and it is in the case file... There was no obstruction from our side... I had to carry out the order. The police is organized hierarchically and functions according to the principle of subordination, I have to carry out the order", he said.
That head of the Police Directorate claims that despite this fact, the prosecutor did not invite Baković to the hearing "because he knew that when it comes to a public official, the case must be handed over to the Special Prosecutor's Office".
"He didn't even try to call him, and he knows him personally, they used to be fellow prosecutors... It's a simple fact - Enis Baković is a public official, he (Radonjić) as the basic state prosecutor couldn't call him. He knew, and he went into that subject knowingly. My suspicion is that he wanted to have a bombastic headline tomorrow that police officials were arrested," said Bošković.
The silence of colleagues hurts
The head of the Department for Suppression of General Crime in the Anti-Crime Sector (SBPK) Bošković said that it hurts that no one from the police organization spoke about their arrest.
"No one from the trade union organization, from the director and so on, and everyone knows what kind of people they worked with. Also, the subsequent cleverness and the appearance in the media that we are honorable professionals without a blemish in our careers, does nothing for us, they classified us with one Belivuk and I will honestly say - how will the family of the murdered react when they look at our photos together with those faces ”, he asked.
He also claims that he had problems in the police service because of his activities towards persons such as Belivuk and the like, and that his colleagues provided security for him and his family:
"Because of the information that an explosive device will be placed under my vehicle, that is, placed on the front door of my apartment."
He also said that he would not allow "some political interest groups" to achieve their goals behind their backs...
Bošković also said that he could not understand that some honorable people, such as Minister Sergej Sekulović, allowed themselves to be abused.
They are asking for a security assessment
According to the unofficial information of "Vijesti", the police officers asked the SDT to share part of their report with the National Security Agency in order to conduct a security assessment and possibly monitor activities that could endanger them.
"Radonjić marked us as associates of Veljko Belivuk, drew a target for us and pointed out to the members of the opposing Skaljar clan that we were supposedly associates of the Kavački clan. If anything physically happens to us, our family members, or property in the coming period, we ask that the SDT look into the motives and role of prosecutor Radonjić in those possible events," the report says.
