The judge of the Magistrate Court in Budva - Kotor division Jelena Stanišić sentenced Kotoran NA (24) to a ten-day prison sentence for not complying with the policeman's order to move away during the clash between the fan groups.
"Yesterday around 18:30 p.m. in the Škaljari settlement in Kotor, near the FC Bokelj stadium, the defendant did not act on the order of the authorized police officer of the PM commander at the moment when public order and peace were threatened because two fan groups, namely 'Beasts' from Kotor and 'Vojvoda' from Nikšice clashed with each other by throwing bottles and stones at each other. Namely, in such a situation, the police officer issued a loud and clear order to the gathered persons to prohibit access to the said place in such a way that they would move away, which the defendant AN refused to do. The accused AN is a repeat offender in committing offenses under the Law on Public Order and Peace", announced the Acting President of the Court for Misdemeanors in Budva, Judge Spokesman Marko Đukanović.
