Igor Laković (48) from Podgorica was arrested on suspicion of seriously injuring Svetislav Milošević (51) in a fight, who succumbed to his injuries this morning at the Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG).
It was unofficially announced to the news from the Police Administration that on November 10, Laković and Milošević first verbally and then physically clashed in Radosava Burića Street in the Zabjelo neighborhood of Podgorica.
Allegedly, they had an argument over a parking space, and during the push Milosevic fell on the pavement and seriously injured his head.
