Numerous crimes of the Skaljar and Kavak criminal clans, including murders, preparation of liquidations, drug transport, intimidation, but also the collusion of members of the security sector with them, could soon be revealed - allegedly, they discussed everything through the encrypted Sky ECC application, and the transcripts are in the hands of international investigators.

This was told to "Vijesta" by an interlocutor from the security sector after the leaders of the Kavaka clan were allegedly questioned in SDT the day before yesterday about another murder - a former high-ranking member of the Skaljar clan, Milo Radulović, known as Captain.

And that murder, according to "Vijesti" sources, was revealed thanks to the transcripts of the messages exchanged between the coffee shop owners. In addition, members of the Sector for the fight against crime allegedly provided additional, material evidence.

According to information from the investigation, it was determined which four of the thirteen suspects transported the now deceased Radulović from Spuž to Kotor, as well as who killed him and in what way.

Radulović was allegedly held captive for a couple of days while the policemen were "pulling" scammers from his encrypted number.

He was abducted on October 14, 2020, after he had waited for the carpenter Damir Hodžić and his son-in-law Adis Spahić in the house of Ratko Živković, an associate of the Kavačac crime clan.

In that house, in the Stanjevića rupa neighborhood of Spuška, the Rams fell into a trap - they were also awaited by Belgraders Veljko Belivuk, known as Velja Nevolja, Marko Miljković, known as Mesar, and Nebojša Janković.

In the indictment brought against Belivuk's criminal group by the Belgrade prosecutor's office, there are transcripts of conversations between Velja Nevolja and Mesar, in which they brag to the rest of the clan that they killed two "important" people in Montenegro, and that they will soon "skin" the Captain as well.

On the same day, a part of the clan in Belgrade brutally tortured and then killed Lazar Vukićević, who was lured to a house in the Ritopek neighborhood there via Radulović's phone.

"Brother, there is nothing I like better than skinning Laza, so brother, I can't describe it to you, look, we skinned Laza, we skinned the Butcher, we skinned the Rabbit and here is the Captain, we will skin him too in a few days, that means brother four today, we killed them, and all the key ones", is the message sent by Miljković to other members of the clan on October 14 at 22.17:XNUMX p.m.

Previously, he and Belivuk issued orders to the part of the team that remained in the capital of Serbia to lure and kill Lazar Vukićević and Aleksandar Šarac throughout the day.

Vukićević fell for their subterfuge - a photo of a bound Belivuk and a message sent from Milo Radulović's number. Sarac is not.

"Brothers, Šarac is mad, he can't come, be careful when he doesn't even trust the Captain. There, everything is clear to you", it is written in the message that Miljković sent on October 14 at 15.05:222 in the group chat "XNUMX" created on the Sky ECC application.

A few minutes later he sends a message:

"Imagine, he writes to Mileta, who is his boss, to say something that only they know, imagine an idiot, an imbecile".

After the correspondence about Šarac, they agree to change the address they told both him and Vukićević, so that he would not "galvanize them to the police".

"Should we then change the address, because Šarac also knows this address? Should Mile tell him that Šarac might be a snitch, as soon as he got so paranoid," asks Srđan Lalić at 15.26:XNUMX p.m. and immediately rejects Miljković's answer - "Yes, we will do that now, well done. Just say which address?”

"Vijesti" interlocutors claim that it is clear from those messages that some members of the Skaljar clan did not even suspect that they were receiving calls from the Captain's number.

Abazović: Thank you to the international partners

Deputy Prime Minister and coordinator of the security services Dritan Abazović said yesterday that he thanked the international partners who provided Montenegro with part of the evidence on the wrongdoings of two criminal clans.

He said that the security sector continues its strong fight against all criminal groups:

"I have to remind you that the arrest of the bar in April is a historic action. Let's remember that, however, it ended when the investigating judge released the arrested, so the police had to search for the criminals again, but they did not find them all. All the actions after that show the determination of the police to fight organized crime, but also the need for independent prosecution and independent courts to help us in this," said Abazović to "Vijesta".
