The state prosecutor in Bijelo Polje Tanja NIšavić interrogated Miomir Đukić (32) from Beran for complicity in the attempted murder of Kenan Sujković, Ismet Sujković and Mirza Kastrat.
Marko Zekić (30), who is still on the run, is also charged with attempted murder.
"MZ is charged with a criminal offense - aggravated attempted murder in complicity, in conjunction with a criminal offense - illegal carrying of weapons and explosive devices, while M.Đ. charged with aggravated murder in an attempt to commit an accomplice", the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje informed the News.
In the shooting that took place on November 18 at around 22 pm near the General Hospital in Berane, according to "Vijesti" information at the time, Kenan Sujković was seriously wounded, while Mirza Kastrat was slightly wounded.
As an interlocutor from the police told "Vijesta" at the time, the two and Ismet Sujković were in one car when they were opened fire from another moving car.
