Veljko Belivuk, Marko Miljković, Nebojša Janković and Ratko Živković were questioned yesterday at the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime, based on a request from Montenegro, regarding the circumstances of the crimes committed in that country. The suspects denied committing the crime.
As Nova.rs learns, they are charged with creating a criminal organization and murder.
They were heard in the presence of prosecutor Saša Čađenović.
Belivuk, Miljković, Janković denied guilt, and they will present a detailed defense when they receive all the files, considering that the order to conduct the investigation has just arrived, reports N1.
According to information from Nova.rs, the suspects are accused of committing two murders - Adis Spahić and Damir Hodžić.
On the other hand, the criminal organization, whose leader is Belivuk with unknown persons, is also charged with the liquidation of Milo Radulović.
After the interrogation, Belivuk, Miljković and Janković were returned to the District Prison in Belgrade.
