Hot and Canović detained for illegal exploitation of gravel in Gusinje

Today, due to the illegal exploitation of gravel in the Grnčar river in Gusinje, the police arrested those responsible in the companies Monte Sem and Canović gradnja, Vijesti has learned.

It is about Sead Hot from Monte Sem and Dževat Canović from Canović Construction.

They were called to the police at the verbal request of Drita Rugovac, the basic state prosecutor from Plav.

According to information from Vijesta, they were questioned because of the discovery of machinery in the territory of Gusinje in the watercourse of the Grnčar River, during the control that was carried out on October 21, by the officers of the Berana Security Center, Plav Security Department with the inspector of the Directorate for Inspection Affairs.

The case was submitted to the Plav District Court, after which it was ordered to exclude all misdemeanor and criminal reports that were processed by the Directorate for Inspection Affairs from 2011 to today in the territory of the Municipality of Plav, after which they will declare the qualification of the criminal offense. .

According to unofficial information, the prosecution's criminal complaint is pending.
