Lamb Stefan Mićić (29) accepted the task of two organizers of the criminal clan of which he is allegedly a member - to kidnap and then kill the dismissed assistant director of the Police Administration Zoran Lazović.
In the files of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), which "Vijesti" has access to, it is not explained how Mićić planned to kidnap Lazović.
It is stated that Baranin, apart from the elder Lazović, agreed to kidnap and kill two other officers of the Police Administration - Petar Lazović i Ivan Djokovic.
Petar is an officer of the Sector for the fight against crime and the son of Zoran Lazović.
The SDT explains that the three of them were on the blacklist of that criminal group because, "while performing official actions, they acted in the direction of uncovering the actions of the organizers and members of the criminal organization" which, according to the prosecution's claims, was formed by a man from Podgorica Emil Tuzovic and Lamb Stefan Djukic (Mandic).
In their files, it is also written that in December 2020, and then on February 2, 2021, Đukić asked the still undiscovered members of the clan to kill Lazović and Đoković as soon as they were deposed.
"But these policemen should be killed for doing that," the message allegedly reads.
SDT claims that they are Milan Brajović called The fuse i Zoran Perovic accepted the organizer's task - to collect data on the place of residence of the special prosecutor Saša Čađenović, Zoran and Petar Lazović:
"In order to place explosive devices under the vehicles they use and deprive them of their lives".
The prosecutors point out that on February 5, Mićić confirmed that he would kill Đoković "when he is removed from his job", after Đukić had previously issued him an order:
"He should be blown up when they remove him from his job" and "When the Special State Prosecutor's Office is disbanded, he should be stripped", are the messages he allegedly sent to Mićić that day.
The latter, allegedly, "agreeing with that plan, and accepting it in its entirety" replied to him - "And we will do that, he has nothing to do with it", but the criminal plan did not come to fruition, it is written in the files of the SDT.
SDT claims that previously, in December of last year, Đukić asked Milan Brajović and several other persons whose identities have not been established in a message to kill Lazović and Đoković, as well as special prosecutors Katnić and Čađenović, as soon as the newly elected government dismisses them.
"Well, it's much easier when they are all replaced, brothers. And you must be careful, my brother. Well, you see what is being done, my brother," he allegedly wrote to Brajović on the last day of last year.
The prosecution also claims that, apart from the kidnapping and murders, Mićić accepted the instructions of Tuzović and Đukić - to provide logistical support to the currently unidentified members of that criminal clan, but also to hand over money to them for the continuation of the activities of the criminal organization.
That criminal group allegedly also planned the liquidation of the chief special prosecutor Milivoj Katnić, special prosecutor Čađenović, Baran Jasmin Osmanagić i Nikole D. and from Podgorica Marko Janković.
The investigators claim that they also planned a physical attack on the judge of the Podgorica High Court Biljan Uskoković.
"Kill the trash"
In the transcripts, which the SDT claims to have, there are also messages exchanged by members of that criminal group planning the liquidation of Katnić and Čađenović, as well as those in which they insult the two special prosecutors.
According to that documentation, on December 4, 2020, Đukić sent a message threatening Čađenović and his brother via the encrypted SKY ECC application to a person who has not yet been identified by SDT:
”Here it is, Čađenović offers an agreement for Danijela. He is a crazy man, and if only they remove him, I will blow him and his brother into 100 pieces."
"Giving further instructions in the same way, stating in the text message 'Ošegat and him and Čađenović', referring to chief special prosecutor Milivoj Katnić and special prosecutor Saša Čađenović, that on January 3, 2021, in a conversation with an as yet unidentified member of a criminal organization ... demanded in messages that the special prosecutor Čađenović take his own life," it is written in the files of the SDT.
They also claim that Đukić then sent him messages: "Slimy that Čađenović" and "Just to get rid of him, kill the trash."
He allegedly sent similar messages in the following days, and on January 14 he also wrote: "What a scumbag", "That scumbag is doing it on purpose, so that he'll just kill him", as well as the message: "Just to get rid of him, he is a dead man”.
The files also state that on February 2, Đukić, while corresponding with Brajović, stated that the chief special prosecutor and his associate Čađenović would be dismissed, but also what should be done:
"Yes, my brother, he should be blown up when he comes out abducted and watered."
Allegedly, the defendant Aleksandar Raičević with the instructions he received from Brajović, acting on the orders of the organizers of the criminal organization, he observed the roads he traveled, and the facilities where the chief special prosecutor Milivoje Katnić resides:
"In order to collect data and take his life".
According to documents from the investigation, Raičević's task was to observe and track members of the opposing clan and other persons of interest to their clan, as well as to determine the time and place in the territory of Bar and Ulcinj where they should be killed.
According to the documents, he also agreed to accompany other members of that clan to follow the holders of judicial positions and provide the organizers with information about their movements.
SDT announced earlier that Mićić, Raičević, Brajović, Perovic, Dusan Boljević, Dušan Dudić, Nina Korać, Albin Salić, Bojan Lopičić i Branko Pejović suspects that they are members of a criminal group formed by Đukić and Emil Tuzović from a Ukrainian prison.
The members of that criminal organization, which the investigators associate with the Skaljar criminal clan, also refer to the recently arrested members of the SDT. Haris Tuzović, Jovan Mrvaljević i Goran Milašinović.
Apart from Perović and Pejović, who are on the run, the other suspects were arrested.
The organizers of that criminal group - Đukić and Emil Tuzović, were arrested in Ukraine for the attempted murder of one of the alleged leaders of the Kavac criminal clan. Radoja Zvicer.
Stefan Mićić, who was supposed to kidnap and kill Lazović, was arrested in 2014 in Budva, after the police found about 120 grams of cocaine in the car he was in.
His brother Mirko Mićić (31) was killed in May of that year in Bar - he was shot by a fellow citizen Nenad Mrdak.
According to police records, the Mićići were close to the clan once led by the deceased Luka Đurović.
Stefan Mićić allegedly remained loyal to the same team, which is now, according to the police, managed by the brother of the deceased Đurović.
