The state prosecutor of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, Tanja Nišavić, today heard Rožajec Edmir Ramović (19), suspected of murdering fellow citizen Semir Murić, and ordered him to be detained for up to 72 hours.
His uncle Sabro Ramović, who was allegedly found with a weapon after the tragedy in front of the Basic Court in Rožaj, also remained behind bars.
The Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje announced that traces were removed from the scene, which will be the subject of an expert examination, and that the body of the deceased was sent to the Clinical Center of Montenegro for an autopsy.
"On December 22.12.2021, 72, in the premises of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, ER from Rožaj were heard for the criminal offense of capital murder, SR from Rožaj for the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials, SR and ER both from Rožaj for the criminal offense of participation in fights. The state prosecutor issued a decision on detention for XNUMX hours for all the questioned persons," their press release states.
