Officers of the Police Administration are on duty in front of the houses of neighbors - families Muric i Ramovic, after the day before yesterday's tragedy in front of the Basic Court in Rožaj, when a twenty-nine-year-old was killed Semir Murić.

According to information from the police, he was shot dead by a man ten years younger Edmir Ramović, and because of the multi-year property conflict that brought them to court.

Both families live in the Rožaj village of Lovnice.

State prosecutor Tanja Nišavić yesterday, she heard the suspect Ramović, after which she ordered him to be detained for up to 72 hours.

His uncle Sabro Ramović also remained behind bars, with whom the police also found a weapon after the shooting in front of the court.

During that period, they will be brought before a judge for investigation in order to order custody.

According to "Vijesti" information, the victim was buried yesterday. He left behind his wife and two minor children.

According to information from the police, Ramović killed Murić with a shot from a pistol, after a verbal and physical conflict.

The fire attack took place in front of the Basic Court building in the town of Hajlo.

The Prosecutor's Office confirmed that traces were recovered from the scene and will be the subject of an expert examination.

The Police Administration officially announced that after a verbal and physical conflict, around 11.15:XNUMX a.m., a firearm was used "to the detriment of one person and a police officer who was on duty."

"There was a verbal and physical conflict, after which ER (19) used a firearm, during which SM (29) received injuries, as a result of which he died. During the intervention, an officer of the RD Police Administration, who was on duty, received injuries from a firearm in the leg area and his life is not in danger. ER was deprived of his liberty on the spot, and at the same time several persons were detained in connection with this event", explained the day before yesterday from UP.

A well-informed source of "Vijesti" said that the conflict between the Murić and Ramović families has been going on for years, and that even the Peace Council's efforts to smooth over the relationship were in vain.

"They are the first neighbors, and they have been arguing for years because of unresolved property relations. The conflict over property escalated a few months ago, when they fought with fists, sticks and axes. And the Peace Council tried to smooth over their relationship, but in vain," said that Rožajac.

The peace council, which operates in Rožaje, gathers respectable people who, in addition to authority and a sense of justice, must also have a lot of wisdom and patience for hours and days of negotiations with the conflicting parties.
