Vukoman Gačević, the driver of an ambulance from Pljevlje, said that before the police arrived at the scene of the tragedy in Đurđevića Tara, when Dijana Grdinić (29) was killed, two people arrived, who went down to the scene of the accident, pulled out the airbag, took out a blanket and covered Obradović, who was sitting nearby. He stated this yesterday in the High Court in Bijelo Polje, before which her fellow citizen Milan Obradović (30) is being tried for a criminal offense - a serious offense against the safety of public traffic.
According to the indictment, on August 23 last year, at around 4.30:XNUMX a.m., Obradović, driving a Nissan vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drove off the road, disobeying traffic regulations and the prescribed speed, killing his passenger, Dijana Grdinić.
Zoran Grdinić, the father of the late Dijana, previously claimed that before the police arrived, someone moved his daughter's body from the passenger seat to the driver's seat.
The driver Gačević said that the two men were in their forties, that they came right after him, coming from the direction of Mojkovac, after which they continued their journey towards Pljevlje.
Gačević said that he did not notice that they were opening the door of the vehicle, but that they pulled out a blanket through the window to cover Obradović, because he was cold, and that after leaving the canyon, they said that they heard Obradović repeating the words: "Where did I give her to drive”.
The doctor of the Mojkovac Emergency Service, Slobodan Medojević, who then arrived at the scene, said that the injured girl Dijana "was in the driver's seat in a sitting position, with her head slightly turned to the right, as if she had just sat down to drive and as if she had not overturned in the vehicle".
Dr. Medojević said that Obradović, who was found sitting covered with a blanket near the car, with bruises around his eyes, repeated the words: "What did I do, where did I let her drive?"
Forensic technician Slavko Fuštić said that he arrived at the investigation shortly after 6:XNUMX a.m. and that after pulling the car out of the canyon, it was parked for about an hour on the extension next to the house of the tow truck operator Bošković, after which it was transferred in front of the Mojkovac OB.
He explained that the phone was found in the vehicle a month after the accident, after the representatives of the Forensic Center from Podgorica examined the vehicle, responsibly claiming that no one had touched the vehicle until then and that it was under video surveillance.
When he was approaching the house of the tow truck driver Bošković, there were three young men near the car, Toković, Fuštić and Mišnić.
His colleague Petar Minic said that he noticed these three young men a meter away from the vehicle and that they were asking how they could take the money from Milan's mother's pension, which was allegedly in the vehicle.
Ljubiša Rabrenović, who was in the traffic patrol with his colleague Ivan Baltić, and who claims that he was the first to arrive at the scene, said that he found Obradović sitting on a rock, that he was confused, and that he said that he did not know who is the person in the car.
When asked by Zoran Grdinić, he said that he was not aware that anyone had come to the scene before him.
Rabrenović said that he found the girl on the nearly broken driver's seat, lying on her back.
Obradović said earlier that he went for a ride with Dijana on the Đurđević Tara road, but that he doesn't remember anything.
