Suspects for the murder of Prelević and Peković were ordered into custody

After the hearing, the investigating judge of the High Court in Podgorica ordered today the detention of the four defendants who are responsible for the murder of two young men in Veruša.

"The custody of BD, V.Đ., MM, and MN was ordered due to the well-founded suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization. In addition to these criminal offenses, BD, V.Đ., and MN are also suspected of a serious criminal offense murder by assisting and MM, for the criminal offense of aggravated murder in complicity," Marija Raković, an independent consultant for public relations, told "Vijesta".

The police announced that they shed light on the double murder in Veruša from October 2020, and arrested four suspects in Berane.

Nenad Milačić (36), Vasilije Đukić (26), Dragan Biletić (36), Mirčeta Mihajlović (41) were detained yesterday on suspicion of having participated in the organization and murder of Nemanja Prelević and Danilo Peković from Podgorica.
