The Vice-President of Demos, Ksenija Milović, announced that the case of Edin Begzić "speaks of a wrong and unacceptable form of struggle against injustice".
Edin Begzić, this morning in front of the office in Maršala Tita Street in Bar, threatened to activate explosives. After more than seven hours, the Police Administration's negotiations with Begzić resulted in his surrender.
Milović did not state that Begzić "reminded the case of "Primorka" and its workers, as well as the ease of archiving crimes and their perpetrators".
"In this particular case, it is already a classic triangle of corruption - representatives of the government, business delinquents and judicial investigation bodies. The main victims are robbed workers who lost their jobs and citizens who paid for this theft with money from the budget. In any case, the so-called government guarantees fell for "Primorka", "KAP", "Željezara", "Pobjeda" they are the same model of public corruption carried out in the same triangle, which remained publicly exposed and still unpunished," said Milović.
