Rmandić: It hurts them that I write about irregularities

Train attendant in the Railway Transport of Montenegro Mirko Rmandic, reacted to the text "The police are looking for 'dirty conductors'", published on December 26, 2021 in the News.

He, as he wrote, referred to the "famous police action" in a passenger train on the route from Bijelo Polje to Podgorica, when "several puppies and pills intended for the treatment of several citizens of Montenegro, whose lives are partially or completely endangered due to the absence of therapy".

"I thought it was most appropriate to begin the denial of the text with this precise description of the mentioned event and the reality that follows us... That it is a construction that is more like 'wool times' and commissioned 'work' is also confirmed by the part of the text in which it is claimed that the puppies and drugs have been 'found', which is a lie. In the police minutes, it was very precisely stated that 'everything that was forcibly taken was reported to the policemen who were controlling the train from Bijelo Polje to Podgorica'. It is obvious that an averagely intelligent, but well thought-out campaign is finally being worked out, which has been led for months by individuals from the Ministry of Capital Investments, as well as some members of the management of the Railway Transport of Montenegro. All of the above are supported by a dirty accompanying campaign, with the aim of intimidating and silencing me.

I reject the allegations from the Ministry of Capital Investments that any investigation is or was being conducted against me, because I was not in Montenegro for 2020 months until 18. The problem in the whole story and the main reason for revenge and media lynching are the data on irregularities that I and my team from the Non-Governmental Organization 'Vozom kroz Crna Gora' discover and then publicly publish in open letters that we address to the relevant minister and the presidents of individual municipalities. in Montenegro, with only one goal - to increase the quality of railway services and the safety of passengers, users of those services. Those who are "itching" for the truth that "Vozom kruz Crna Gora" continuously presents, are aware that there is no criminal, even misdemeanor, responsibility in the act that is being "charged" to me through a transparent campaign. That's why they are using the opportunity to at least try to exert some kind of media pressure, in order to catch a 'customs violation'.

The professional and educational capacity of the mentioned gentlemen is also shown by the fact that they are not able to precisely state the provisions and the name of the rulebook that regulates the rights and obligations of car attendants. As for the damage allegedly caused to ŽPCG, - there is none, but there is profit from the transport of pets, of which the Railway collected 82 euros. To be clear, I am personally interested in verifying all my actions and effects in ŽPCG. On this occasion, last summer, I suggested to the Commission that they investigate all my activities and those of my family members. On this occasion, I am available to the members of the Commission every day, during every 24 hours. But let no one expect that I will give up my intention to investigate, in parallel, under the same conditions, the method of acquisition and the entire property of individuals from the Ministry of Capital Investments, members of the Commission for the Determination of Irregularities in the Railways, as well as all former and current members of the management of railway companies .

For all my actions, for all that I have done at any time, I am ready to bear the consequences. Neither now, nor at any time during my life and working career, have I considered myself infallible. On the contrary. However, I note that this certainly cannot prevent me from helping people who need any kind of medical assistance, from pills and beyond. I am publicly saying that I will meet them again, regardless of the price I may have to pay for it," the response states.
