Special prosecutor Miroslav Turković he filed and submitted to the High Court in Podgorica an indictment against the criminal group, which he says was formed by Baranin Stefan Djukic and from Podgorica Emil Tuzovic with the aim of liquidating several persons, including the chief special prosecutor Milivoj Katnić, his fellow prosecutor Saša Čađenović, high-ranking police officials, but also attempts to bribe a former government official Boža Milonjić...
There are a total of 14 persons on the list of accused, and the prosecutor's document is written on 50 pages. Turković clarified who played what role in the criminal organization and how the accused planned to commit the crimes.
The High Court has yet to decide on the validity of that act. Recently, the judges of the Appellate Court and the Supreme Court, when making a decision on the extension of detention for two accused - Haris Tuzović i Goran Milašinović, disclosed details of the group's plans on more than 40 pages...
In addition to the four on the list of accused, there are also Zoran P. Perović, Dušan P. Dudić, Milan S. Brajović, Nino S. Korac, Stefan S. Micić, Aleksandar d. Raičević, Dušan B. Boljević, Albin R. Salić, Branko D. Pejanović i Bojan G. Lopicic.
Thus, in the decision of the judge of the Court of Appeal, it is stated that Đukić, as the organizer of a criminal organization, recruited people to become members of the criminal organization, planned the execution of criminal acts in the future, and that he, but also with the as yet unidentified organizer of the criminal organization, provided money for the execution of criminal acts works.
It is also stated that he was in charge of providing money and other material resources for the purpose of bribing state officials in order to exert illegal influence on court proceedings conducted against him and other members of the criminal organization, providing money, facilities, equipment and other conditions for the unauthorized production of narcotic drugs. the sale of which would collect funds for the realization of the criminal plan.
According to the documents, Emil Tuzović, in agreement with the defendant Đukić, incited members of the criminal organization to commit crimes against life and limb to the detriment of judges and prosecutors, in order to delay criminal proceedings and avoid responsibility for the crimes for which they were accused.
"At the same time, he coordinated preparatory actions, monitored the holders of judicial functions, planned and determined the time and place of attacks on the holders of judicial functions... he was in charge of providing money for the purpose of giving bribes and promising bribes, in order to influence high state officials on the selection of suitable prosecutors in cases that are conducted against members of a criminal organization and that will lead cases in the direction of acquittals, and to dismiss the prosecutors who have acted in those cases until now, and thereby create the conditions to implement a criminal plan in the direction of depriving them of their lives, is only part of the actions which are charged to the accused Emil Tuzović.

According to the indictment, Đukić communicated this to one of the members of the criminal organization, while talking about the special prosecutor Saša Čađenović.
"He demanded from the defendant MB and other as yet unidentified members of the criminal organization that, as soon as the newly elected government in the elections of August 2020, dismiss the heads of the Police Directorate, Zoran Lazović, as well as the police officers Petar Lazović and Ivan Đoković, as well as the special prosecutors who acted in the cases against the organizers of the criminal organization Đukić - Katnić and Čađenović, they took their lives immediately after the dismissal", the indictment states.
