From February 10 to 15, the Podgorica police, carrying out intensified activities to prevent the unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs, conducted searches at two locations.
During the search of the apartment and other rooms used by MR (22) and MR (29), around 368 grams of marijuana were found.
A misdemeanor charge was filed against MR (22) for a misdemeanor from the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse, while a criminal charge was filed against MR (29), on the order of the acting prosecutor, on the suspicion that he had committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and placing on the market of narcotics. drugs, it was reported from the Police Administration.
"Furthermore, in the mentioned period, BE (21) and Č.Đ. (19) were controlled during the mentioned period. They were found with a certain amount of narcotic drugs, and they will be responsible for the criminal offense of facilitating the consumption of narcotic drugs. Š.F. (25) was also controlled, against whom a criminal complaint was filed on suspicion of having committed the criminal act of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs," added the police.
In the mentioned period, the Podgorica police submitted 15 requests for the initiation of misdemeanor proceedings against 15 persons due to violations from the mentioned law.
Also, in the evening between February 12 and 13, the police raided two catering establishments in the capital, and on that occasion seven small packages of cocaine were found. "This narcotic drug is the subject of further checks in order to identify the persons who threw it away at the moment of police control," the police conclude.
