The accused Komar claims that he did not illegally transport the alleged organizer Vujić

Yesterday, the trial of the defendants for the murder of Šćepan Roganović in Herceg Novi on February 13, 2020 continued in the High Court in Podgorica.

Dino Ibrahimović and Miloš Komar are accused of being members of the criminal organization that committed the murder. In addition to them, Krsto Vujić, Mili Bajramović, and Igor Glavaš were also accused, while Miloš Đuričković was given the status of an associate witness.

Yesterday, the defendant Miloš Komar stated before the special council of judge Dragoj Jović that he did not illegally transport Krsto Vujić across the border, who, according to the indictment, organized the murder of Šćepan Roganović.

The accused Komar said that it is impossible to illegally cross the state border with Bosnia and Herzegovina in the winter months due to heavy snow.

Answering questions from the defense, he stated that the "Golf" of the duo, which, as stated in the indictment, he used to transport Vujić across the border was a 30-year-old car that was defective. He added that his family house and property are located about eight kilometers from the Vraćenovići border crossing.

"Whenever I would cross the border, I would do so through the legal crossing at Vraćenovići, where every time I leave and enter Montenegro is recorded," said Komar.

He added that no one ever asked him to transport him illegally across the border. He explained that he did not know any of the accused, nor did he know any of the witnesses, Igor Đuričković's collaborator.

"I don't know why he pointed his finger at me, saying that I illegally transported Vujic and that I had an encrypted phone," Komar said.
