At the time of the accident, in August 30, in Đurđevića Tara, Milan Obradović (2020) from Mojkov was behind the wheel of a Jeep "Nissan", not the now deceased fellow citizen Dijana Grdinić (29), whose body was found after landing in a dry river bed in the driver's seat.
This was concluded by forensic medicine expert Dr. Nemanja Radović, defending his findings yesterday in the High Court of Bijelo Polje, before which Obradović is responsible for a criminal offense - a serious offense against the safety of public traffic.
"I declared that Obradović was driving the vehicle even before the exclusion of the traces of the DNA examination, based on the appearance of damage to the vehicle," said Radojević.
According to the indictment, on August 23, 2020, at around 4.30:XNUMX a.m., Obradović drove a Nissan vehicle off the road while under the influence of alcohol, disobeying traffic regulations and the prescribed speed, and his passenger, Dijana Grdinić, was killed.
"Given the severe head injuries, it is certain that Obradović was unconscious for some time after the traffic accident, and that some period of time passed when he got out, as well as the period needed to move the female passenger from the passenger seat to the driver's seat, regardless why did Obradović put her in that position, was he trying to help her get out or something else..." said Dr. Radojević, explaining that the damage to the vehicle as well as DNA expertise confirm that the vehicle was driven by Obradović.
Claims that someone moved the body of Dijana Grdinić to the driver's seat after the accident were previously presented in the courtroom by her father Zoran, pointing to a series of illegalities and omissions in the work of the Mojkovac Security Department.
He claimed that the accident did not happen at 5.30:0.30 a.m., but at the latest at XNUMX:XNUMX a.m. after midnight.
The accused Obradović testified at the trial that he did not remember anything that evening, except that when asked - Where are we going, Dijana said - let's go for a ride to Crni poda".
Dr. Radojević established that at the time of the accident, with the injuries to his head, Obradović was in such a state that "he cannot reliably reproduce the event, that is, remember the details of the event, and in this regard, his statement before the ODT in Bijelo Polje is a completely logical consequence of such state after the injuries" (and before the ODT he claimed that he did not remember the accident).
"Obradović's injuries were diagnosed at the KCCG: imprinted through the shell of the pyramid of the left bone with spread to the left half of the shell of the frontal bone and the left calf bone, followed by blood pouring into the space above and below the dura mater, the presence of air in the cranial cavity, contusion of the cortex of the left hemisphere of the brain perhaps, with a concussion and bleeding from the left ear; a fracture of the left and, to a lesser extent, the right maxillary-cheekbone complex, accompanied by bleeding eyelids, three lacerations", said Dr. Radojević, emphasizing that the concussion was perhaps even the mildest in relation to the other head injuries. , and that in total they could influence the fact that the patient cannot remember parts or the whole event, as well as the time before and after the event.
Radojević said that at least an hour passed from the time of the accident to the arrival of the emergency doctor, which he concludes based on the reports of the doctors who provided first aid.
Although in the death certificate, based on data from the ODT in Bijelo Polje, he stated that the vehicle was driven by Grdinić, Dr. Radojević, answering the question of her father Zoran Grdinić, confirmed that after the autopsy he told him and the family that "it is illogical that she was driving the vehicle, that is, based on the location of the injuries, he suspects that she was the driver", and that he later declared himself as such, which was also confirmed by DNA expertise.
Zoran Grdinić said that he was under great pressure from the Mojkovac OB police to "not spread such rumours", although he learned this from Dr. Radojević.
According to the indictment, on August 23 of last year, on the Mojkovac - Đurđevića Tara road, Obradović drove at an inappropriate speed of 37,2 km, although the prescribed speed on that part of the road was 20 km per hour, under the influence of alcohol, at least 0,57 to 1 , 02 per thousand in the blood.
It says that in the town of Đurđević, Tara lost control over a "Nissan" RG (MK AP 350), crossed from the left to the right lane, broke the curb, after which the vehicle landed and fell into a dry riverbed, killing Dijana Grdinić.
