Police official Dalibor Medojević was ordered to be detained for up to 30 days, after the hearing by the investigating judge Suzana Mugoša, his defense attorney Dražen Medojević told Vijest.
Determinants of detention were previously proposed by the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
Medojević was arrested three days ago on suspicion of passing on information from investigations to members of the Skaljar clan.
